I have had twenty eight years experience working with people who have had injuries or chronic pain. My training allows me to look at the whole individual through postural evaluation, gait patterns, and stress from over use such as  sports injuries and repetitive strain.   I have studied orthopedic massage which helps me evaluate certain conditions such as shoulder, neck and low back dysfunction and use many massage techniques and modalities including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, friction therapy, massage cupping, deep tissue massage and Swedish massage.  One of my specialties is helping people  reduce the duration, frequency and intensity of headaches and migraines. I also specialize in TMJ dysfunction and have helped many improve their jaw function. I am known for corrective work but also am trained in Kripalu Massage Therapy which is a more gentle, relaxing massage experience.

In addition to the hands on session there may be a postural evaluation and range of motion testing if there are any particular problems.

My rate for a one hour session is $100 and $150 for one and a half hours.
